Eyeglasses case (HORWEEN horsehide)

Made with HORWEEN horsehide, tanned alongside their shell cordovan. 
 
This dense russet color leather case develops a rich patina with age.
 
After cutting, the leather piece was well-glazed on its surface by applying leather cream and then polishing repeatedly.
 
Designed to fit standard aviator frames. 
 
Brass hardware.
 
All edges are well-burnished by hand.
 
Using extremely durable UV resistant Navy waxed threads, this case is hand cross-stitched.
