<Product colors>
Ready-to-wear, one-of-a-kind pieces:
The photos shown are of the actual item you’ll receive. I do my best to show colors as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear in person — especially with Shell Cordovan, which has a unique, reflective surface that shifts with the light.
Made-to-order pieces:
I aim for accurate color representation, but slight differences can occur due to natural variations in the leather. No two hides are exactly alike — that’s part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.
Hand-dyed pieces:
Each color is custom-mixed by feel — no formulas, no instructions — to make every hand-dyed piece truly one of a kind. Small variations are natural, and colors may appear slightly different on your screen. For color reproduction requests, I can try to get close to a certain tone, but I’m not able to recreate exact colors from the past. Every mix is a one-time thing. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. :)

Listed dimensions are the outer sizes of the products unless otherwise noted.
<Product repair availability>
Product repair is only available for TELLER products. The repair cost is depending on the repair content.

<Turnaround time>
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for a small custom product to be completed. Large items may take over a months or longer. READY TO WEAR products will be shipped within a week from your purchased date. The estimate times above are approximations and it may take longer/ shorter depending on the season and materials availability. Please contact me if you need your order immediately or if you have any questions before placing an order.
<Order cancellation>
Any READY TO WEAR may be cancelled within two hours of placing it as long as an order has not been processed yet. Any custom order products cannot be canceled or modified due to the nature of the crafting process. Therefore, please feel free to email me if you have any questions before placing an order.
If you receive the wrong or defective product, TELLER will accept your return and refund the full cost of the product as well as the return shipping cost. This does not apply to leather colors and texture since each hide will not be exactly the same.
<Which payment methods do you accept?>
TELLER accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. No Money Order or check payments.
<Can my order be fulfilled faster than the above approximations (rushed)?>
Since all TELLER products are made to order and due to the nature of a one-woman operation, rushing the production time to fulfill your order is very limited. Therefore, I encourage you to order ahead if you'd like to ready your order by a specific date.
<Return policy>
All TELLER products are final. Therefore, please feel free to email me if you have any questions before placing an order.

Free shipping in the USA on over $150
< How long will it take to receive my order/ How can I track my order?>
TELLER products are shipped via USPS ground advantage that delivers in 3-5 business days for domestic orders (free shipping via USPS first class in the USA on over $150) and via USPS priority International that delivers in 6 - 10 days for international orders. USPS first class shipping is available for small items by request. TELLER are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages. For more secure shipping, you will be able to purchase a Signature confirmation and insurance by request.
<Where do you ship to?>
TELLER products are shipped worldwide. Please contact me for overseas purchasing.
<Shipping rates>
All shipping rates are calculated automatically. Because the sizes and weights of TELLER products widely vary, the shipping rates of some products, especially a single small product, may appear to be high due to the limited shipping rate options. If that happens during your purchase, please contact me before placing your order and I'll check if there are cheaper shipping options.
