RUSSELL (HORWEEN Dark Green horsehide - 5/8"W)

Made with heavy-weight HORWEEN green hand-dyed Horsehide.
 
This horsehide is tanned alongside Horween’s Cordovan for the first 45 days using a slow and gentle veg tan / hot stuffed process. It has a firm temper and smooth grain.
 
It comes with a 7/8" solid iron split ring.
 
Solid brass hardware.
 
All edges are beveled and burnished.
 
The leather loop fits belt width up to 1.75".
 
From cutting to completion, each process is done by hand at my workshop in Chicago.
